On April 14, 1927, the Air Force Officer School was moved from Grudziądz to Dęblin. "School of Eaglets" is the most prestigious and legendary military school in Poland.

The Military University of Aviation is celebrating a special jubilee this year - 95 years of existence. This is an extremely important event for the "School of Eaglets" and Polish aviation. It is from here that Aces of Polish Aviation come from - emphasizes  MUA Rector-Commandant, Brig. Gen. Pil. Piotr Krawczyk PhD

The history of the University dates back to 1925, when the Air Force Officer School was established in Grudziądz on 5 November. On April 14, 1927, it was transferred to Dęblin.  The “School of Eaglets” is the oldest aviation academy in Europe and one of the oldest in the world. Over the years, it has repeatedly changed its name, structure, faculties and educational program. All transformations have always led to the improvement of student training. However, one thing has never changed - the Military University of Aviation has always been  and will be the "School of Dreams" for the young generation of future military pilots.
